Birch Grove wayfinding icons

Березовая роща — это экопарк, благоустроенный для активного отдыха и прогулок. Отличительной особенностью парка является наличие двух трасс: лыжной и пешеходной. Для навигации парка мной был разработан набор пиктограмм.
The Birch Grove is an eco‑park designed for active recreation and walks. A distinctive feature of the park is the presence of two trails: a ski trail and a walking trail. I developed a set of pictograms to help navigate the park.
В иконках я хотел выразить некий дуализм, который присущ этому месту: пешеходная и лыжная трасса, двойной отпечаток лыжни на снегу, и конечно же характерная окраска стволов берез.
In the icons, I wanted to convey a certain duality inherent in this place: a hiking trail and a ski trail, a double imprint of the ski tracks in the snow, and, of course, the characteristic coloration of the birch tree trunks.

Кoнструкция — Construction
Ключевой элемент визуального языка пиктограмм — две параллельные линии, так называемая лыжня. Дополнительные элементы: круг и вырез, образующийся на стыке двух пересекающихся линий.
